Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments All services must be scheduled in advance. You can book by phone, DM, or through our website at grantsglobalinc.org/services. 2. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. 4. Late Policy If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. Please communicate delays as early as possible. 5. Payment Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and other major forms of payment. 6. No-Show Policy No-shows will result in the full service fee being charged and may impact future booking eligibility. 7. Service Areas Currently serving the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston metro areas.
